Overview
Lastrada Music Technology, Inc. ("Lastrada," "we," "our," or "us") provides workflow software and administrative services for sample clearance operations. This Privacy Policy applies to our public website, authenticated platform, customer support communications, and related services.
If you are using Lastrada through an organization, that organization may control certain workspace data and account settings. In those cases, we process information on behalf of that customer in addition to processing information for our own business purposes.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through platform use, and certain technical data automatically.

AI-Assisted Features
Certain Lastrada features use automated analysis and model-assisted recommendations, including quoting, usage analysis, workflow summarization, and supporting explanations. These tools are designed to assist operational decision-making, not replace customer or legal judgment.
We may send limited request-related content to service providers that help us generate those features. We configure those providers for business use and use them to support the operation of the service.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the service and support customer workflows.
- With service providers that support authentication, analytics, email, payments, cloud hosting, and AI-assisted features.
- With counterparties or workflow participants when a request requires coordination, approval, documentation, or payment handling.
- With your organization or workspace administrators when they manage your account.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or platform integrity.
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or other corporate transaction.
Current infrastructure and workflow vendors may include WorkOS, Stripe, Resend, PostHog, OpenAI, and our cloud hosting providers.
Text Messages
If you turn on text notifications, we use your mobile number only to send the notifications you choose. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; our messaging provider receives them only to deliver our texts. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve business and financial records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain auditability of workflow activity.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so you should also protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. The banner you saw on your first visit controls the optional ones.
Strictly necessary — always set. When you sign in we set a session cookie named workos_session. It keeps you signed in as you move between pages and is issued through our authentication provider, WorkOS. It lasts for your signed-in session and is renewed while you stay active. Without it you cannot use the platform, so it is not covered by the banner.
Remembering your answer — always set. Your response to the cookie banner is stored in a cookie named lastrada_analytics_consent and in your browser's local storage. It holds only the word accepted or declined and the date you chose. It lasts six months, after which the banner asks again — whichever way you answered.
Analytics — only if you accept. If you accept, our analytics provider PostHog sets cookies and local storage entries whose names begin with ph_. They record which pages are used and which features are reached, so we can see where the product is confusing. They last up to a year. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell what they collect.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. If you had accepted earlier and change your mind, declining also deletes the ph_ entries already in your browser.
How to change your mind. Clearing this site's cookies in your browser removes your recorded answer, and the banner will ask again on your next visit. Your browser's settings can also block or delete cookies at any time; blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent sign-in.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable law and our legitimate business needs. You may also opt out of certain non-essential communications.
If your account is managed by an organization, requests regarding workspace data may need to be directed to that organization first.
Children and International Use
Lastrada is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
